To enable long term sustainable solutions for provision of school lunches and education of the girls
School Lunches
To provide every girl at St Thereasa’s school, Kamuli, Uganda with a daily nutritious lunch made from local maize. This will cost £12,000 per year – delivered in monthly instalments.
Education
To act as a conduit for donations of books and educational resource for the school and to build links with local Edinburgh schools so both pupils can benefit from the experience.
Farm
To set up a School Farm that will eventually provide all food required for the school lunches. The aim being to make the project sustainable and self sufficient in the long term.
