Providing Daily School Lunches
Our primary aim is to promote the well being and education of children at a single school in Uganda. Our goal is to provide a nutritious daily school lunch for all children and so help them learn, develop and grow to their full potential.
Since February 2015 your money has been used to purchase food items for the lunches, and to improve some of the processes in the kitchen to facilitate providing food for more children. There are now almost a thousand girls who receive a nutritious lunch every day.
In 2017, with money raised through George Watson College parent's association, we were able to support the school to purchase land and develop a farm. The aim is that the farm will provide the majority of the food required for lunches and so the school will become self sufficent.

Establishing the School Farm
On the 12th March 2017, 10 acres of land were secured by St Theresa’s school to establish a farm.
The farm is going from strength to strength and is now providing about a third of the food required for lunches
Our long term goal is for the school to become self sufficient and able to provide school lunches for all. It will also provide an environment for pupils to learn key vocational skills
